Yuvira Ventures provides remote staffing, AI workforce, consulting and related services as described on this website and in signed engagement agreements.

Clients agree to provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, payment as agreed, and a safe, lawful working environment for engaged talent.

Fees, billing schedules and currencies are defined per engagement. Invoices are payable via Stripe, Razorpay or wire transfer per agreement. Late payments may incur interest and service suspension.

Work product created for a Client is assigned to that Client upon full payment, excluding Yuvira's pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how which remain Yuvira's property.

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuvira's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by the Client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

The parties will first attempt good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under Indian law, seat New Delhi.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction subject to the arbitration clause above.

Either party may terminate per the engagement agreement. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
