Refund Policy

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered.

Monthly marketing retainers (SEO, ads, social, content) are non-refundable once the billing month has started. You may cancel future renewals before the next billing date.

Project fees are governed by the milestones defined in the signed scope. Amounts allocated to completed milestones are non-refundable. Unstarted milestones may be refunded subject to incurred costs.

Send refund requests to info@yuviraventures.com with your invoice number and reason. Eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
